Placing and Receiving Orders
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, LPB Group ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through the easy checkout at lapetitbouton.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests.
All prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. LPB Group accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and Handling

Outside of the 50 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not allow personalization for international orders.
Changing Your Password
You may change your password easily by signing into your LPB Group account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.
Speeding Up Checkout
Speedier checkout saves time and makes the order process more convenient for registered users. If you are signed on and you have entered a default billing and shipping address LPB Group will automatically retrieve your billing and shipping information and take you directly to the Shipping Methods page when you're making a purchase.
