www.lpbgrouponline.com accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.  You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged. 

The following items are NOT returnable: Sale items.

Please include your order number and/or packing slip with your return.   Also, please provide your contact information: name, address, phone and/or email address.  Items must be in the original packaging or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service  contact@lpbgrouponline.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim.
